Retinsäure-Rezeptor RXR-gamma
Das RXRG-Gen kodiert einen Rezeptor und Transkriptionsfaktor, der mit Retinsäure, Vitamin D und SChilddrüsenhormon eine Bindung eingeht und so die Transkriptions verschiedener Gene reguliert. Genetische Veränderungen sind im Zusammenhang mit familiärer kombinierter Hyperlipidämie gefunden worden.
