Die Hyperzinkämie und Hypercalprotectinämie ist eine autosomal dominante autoinflammatorische Erkrankung, die durch Mutationen im PSTPIP1-Gen hervorgerufen wird. Wie beim PAPA-Syndrom kommt es zu pyogener Arthritis, Pyoderma gangraenosum und Akne. Zusätzlich findet sich ein erhöhter Zinkspiegel im Plasma.
